Welcome to my website! I’m delighted to have the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a devoted wife and loving mother of four, residing in the beautiful region of Northern New Jersey. My journey into the world of birth work began with my own transformative experiences, which have shaped my passion and commitment to supporting women during their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journeys.

After enduring two traumatic birthing experiences in the hospital, I was determined to seek a different path when I became pregnant with my third child. It was during this time that I discovered the power of knowledge and the importance of feeling confident and supported throughout the birthing process. This revelation ignited a deep desire to help other women gain the same sense of empowerment and equip them with the tools they need to have a positive birth experience. And so, I became a Birth Doula.

As a Birth Doula, I bring empathy and compassion to my work. I firmly believe every woman should feel safe, honored, and uplifted during her pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. My philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that women giving birth is as natural and normal as any earthly process. I strive to incorporate this natural approach into my practice. I am continually inspired by the beauty and strength of the physiological process of birth, and I consider it a privilege to witness and support women as they navigate this sacred journey.

Building a nurturing and soothing connection with my clients is at the core of my practice. I believe in the power of shared energy and space, creating an environment where my clients feel respected, heard, and supported. Through a holistic approach, I provide evidence-based information, emotional support, and physical comfort measures to help women and their partners navigate the incredible journey of bringing new life into the world.

When I am not working with clients or furthering my studies and learning new skills; you can catch me engaging in different hobbies. I love gardening, building strength with pole fitness, and volunteering my free time to teach the Bible.
